The Country club
of landfall

The Club is a mature, member-owned, financially stable private club located in historic Wilmington, NC. The area had an excellent reputation for being a top retirement destination, but in recent years, the surrounding area has been attracting business entities and creating a great job market. With this shift in marketplace demographics, the Club wanted to be attractive to retirees and upwardly mobile younger families.

Maximum worked with Country Club of Landfall to update and modernize the Club’s image, created a multi-faceted brand awareness campaign, identified high-value target markets, and built a sustainable lead generation pipeline for membership leads. Maximum developed and directed a very successful outbound, heavily digital membership campaign. This ongoing campaign included creating a series of strategically targeted emails to key constituent groups, updating the online messaging and assets, creating pathways for finding and providing leads to the Membership team, and building and maintaining a highly engaged social media network of members and potential members.

Windsong Ranch is a nationally recognized master-planned community in North Dallas. At buildout, the 2,000+ acre residential development will be home to over 3,300 single-family homes and 150 acres of mixed-use development along the top growth corridor in the region.

Maximum successfully identified Windsong Ranch’s unique value proposition and reintroduced the community using simple yet dramatic and authentic imagery and copy. We pinpointed the correct local, regional, and national target markets and developed a marketing strategy to consistently and cost-effectively reach these markets on an ongoing basis. We updated all marketing touchpoints with the new community look, including the website, to allow for better user engagement and lead flow.

COMMUNITY IN TEXAS

Boot Ranch needed to re-establish itself as THE destination community of choice in the Texas Hill Country. In order to successfully re-brand Boot Ranch, Maximum needed to do a competitive analysis, full marketing and collateral audit, and identify primary and secondary target markets.

Once our discovery process was complete and goals established, we then developed the brand story and messaging to re-enter the luxury second home market. This process also included identifying appropriate outreach channels, collateral and accompanying creative assets, a new website, and an annual cross-platform marketing plan with monthly reporting.

Maximum’s discovery process led to a complete re-brand; including brand story, message, and brand visuals that would resonate with Middle Tennessee’s affluent buyers.
