Over her 31+ year career in advertising, Amy has specialized in master-planned communities, mixed-use projects, luxury real estate development and the private club industry. Her client portfolio includes projects in California, Arizona, Texas, Florida, New Mexico, and many states in-between. During Amy’s marketing career she has been entrusted with over $5 billion in real estate assets, consistently exceeded industry lead and lead-to-tour ratios by developing cohesive, research-based cross-platform strategies that outpace and outclass the competition.
She prides herself on maintaining long-lasting client relationships, highly successful lead generation programs, as well as being the visionary leader for the unique brands created by the Maximum team. Amy has been a featured speaker at several national conferences, including numerous NAHB Senior Housing Symposiums and the Master Sales Institute’s Amenity Community Marketing Summit, and has had a series of articles published to share her views on best marketing practices.
Kelly’s marketing experience has spanned decades starting in the early 90s in the financial district of San Francisco and expanding to a broad spectrum of clients including professional sports teams, mid-size to large-size financial houses, gourmet candy companies, and national real estate developers. Real estate became her passion, and in 1998 she co-founded Maximum.
Kelly provides leadership on client relationships, strategic plan development, and budget development and oversight. She works to ensure a client’s annual lead-to-sales goals are hitting appropriate milestones, budgetary requirements are consistent with yearly forecasts, and open lines of communication are in place for successful client-agency relationships.
Kelly is also a licensed real estate broker, has earned her certification as a social media strategist from a leading business school for applied social media, and holds multiple Google Ads Certifications. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Country Club of Landfall and is currently on the Board of Trustees of Cape Fear Academy, as well as serving as president of a commercial property owners association.
