When began working with The Grove in 2015, they were struggling to overcome the perception of being too remote. Maximum’s discovery process led to a complete re-brand; including brand story, message, and brand visuals that would resonate with Middle Tennessee’s affluent buyers. Cross-platform awareness and lead generation marketing strategies include event marketing, traditional print and placed media, PPC, and social aimed at regional, out-of-state, and broker markets. Today, The Grove is nearing completion, with waitlists for re-sale and new construction is commonplace.
