The Country club
The Club is a mature, member-owned, financially stable private club located in historic Wilmington, NC. The area had an excellent reputation for being a top retirement destination, but in recent years, the surrounding area has been attracting business entities and creating a great job market. With this shift in marketplace demographics, the Club wanted to be attractive to retirees and upwardly mobile younger families.
Maximum worked with Country Club of Landfall to update and modernize the Club’s image, created a multi-faceted brand awareness campaign, identified high-value target markets, and built a sustainable lead generation pipeline for membership leads. Maximum developed and directed a very successful outbound, heavily digital membership campaign. This ongoing campaign included creating a series of strategically targeted emails to key constituent groups, updating the online messaging and assets, creating pathways for finding and providing leads to the Membership team, and building and maintaining a highly engaged social media network of members and potential members.
