THE LAGOON launch campaign required we gain traction and sustain momentum across a wide variety of marketing platforms throughout a 6 month period. Our outreach efforts included several market categories: residents, in-market homebuyers, competitors and affiliates. Our objective was to gain as much awareness and engagement throughout the construction process as possible while avoiding message fatigue.
To build excitement and anticipation for the grand reveal of the Lagoon at Windsong Ranch, we deployed high-impact creative and messaging focused on construction milestones and it’s lifestyle benefits. Blog articles, social media posts, email campaigns, SEM, press releases, outdoor advertising, and media placement—both paid and earned—were utilized.
Exclusive events such as the Resident Reveal, VIP Grand Opening and Public Reveal, were promoted via cross-platform outreach to community residents, builders, realtors, area residents and officials, press, brand advocates and social media influencers. The campaign increased awareness of not only THE LAGOON itself but the entire Windsong Ranch community.
With each step towards THE LAGOON being realized, we were able to develop new content depicting the amenity’s construction coming to fruition and the experiences to be had once open to residents. Ultimately, we established a unique synergy of tactics to effectively boost branding, digital traffic, and overall marketing performance for THE LAGOON platforms.
