Prior to joining the Maximum team, Mike was the Creative Director for an award-winning boutique apparel wholesaler, Simply Noelle. During his time there, Mike launched a more sophisticated branding and introduced new online sales strategies that greatly contributed to the company’s domestic and international growth, as well as numerous accolades by a major gift industry publication, topping brands such as Vera Bradly and Pandora Jewelry.
Mike came to Maximum four years ago wanting to get a taste of the agency life, where he could continue using his creative skills as a designer and writer for our luxury real estate clients. In his time here, Mike’s designs have won our client’s awards for Best Newsletter and Best New Homes Brochure multiple years in a row.
Mike has a unique talent for managing in-house creative deadlines against market and client timelines. Using his unique experience in dealing directly with major retailer accounts, Mike has created a work-flow process that allows our team to remain responsive to client’s needs, flexible in tight-turn-around situations and effective in our strategy implementations. Mike’s duel talents as designer and organizer make him a highly valuable Creative Projects and Accounts Manager.
Mike has a Bachelor’s Degree in English (Professional Writing concentration) and Film Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Photography. Adding to his already superb experience level, Mike is actively advancing his UX design skills.
