Madison is from Watertown, Connecticut, and has been a New Englander her whole life. She is a graduate of Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic + Interactive Design. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Interactive Media & Communications with a concentration in Social Media.
Madison began her career as a social media account manager for Volt Digital in Pennsylvania. During this time, Madison honed her skills of multi-tasking and creative thinking as she fully managed social engagement for seven companies. Her activities included research and content creation, platform engagement, blogging, SEO, and web content oversight.
Looking to expand her professional expertise with web design, she took on the role as website designer and online platform manager for RMC Designs located in Great River, New York. Designing excellent user experiences was her focus, and this meant understanding how to create both dramatic and engaging content and site structure design for ease of use.
As web use changed over the years, she recognized the importance that actual content had on user engagement and search results. Content became king, and it became Madison’s focus. She began to specialize in both visual and textual content creation. As a content specialist at Linked Media in West Hartford, Connecticut, she experimented with both social search and web search by creating and testing content to see what brought the most success on each platform.
Madison was recruited by Maximum to lead the company’s social engagement team as we look to expand on this powerful lead generation source.
