We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to develop and implement effective PPC strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate has a thirst for learning, is passionate about digital marketing, and has a positive, can-do attitude!

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute paid search/Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management
  • Ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, negative keywords, website and category exclusions, ad creative, and landing page revisions based on performance targets and client objectives.
  • Tracking KPIs and producing monthly reports for clients
  • Daily use of web fundamentals, web analytics, and tag management
  • Provide insightful analysis of data to answer key business questions
  • Support and collaborate with the team to create successful, cross-channel campaigns
  • Continually improve knowledge and skill sets in existing and emerging Paid Media platforms and technologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university
  • Current Google AdWords Certification
  • Current Google Analytics Individual Qualification
  • Bing Ads Accreditation
  • Knowledge of Adwords Display, Search, Bing, Social, Retargeting
  • At least 3 years of direct experience managing paid search accounts on Google and Bing
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing; agency experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management
  • Ability to be an advanced technical/discipline leader, and manage client communication without requiring involvement from an account manager
  • Must be able to analyze paid search and analytics data and make specific recommendations supported by metrics
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, including a very high standard of written and spoken English
