What was the client’s objective?
Helms Port, a large-scale marina and waterfront community located along the Intracoastal Waterway, is one of the last large waterfront properties remaining within the city limits of Wilmington, NC.
Maximum was selected to create the brand, brand strategy, logo, and brand story.
What we did
In developing the name and brand identity for this community, Maximum began by researching the land’s rich family lineage and revealing the historical significance they had on the surrounding community. Generations relied on the land and sea for their existence, and for entertainment. Centuries-old traditions of farming, fishing, boating, and coveted summer soundside vacations, painted a clear picture of what a storied life this particular piece of land holds. The name, mark, and collateral weave the heritage and allure of seaside living most aspire to, but few realize.
“Working the land is a living, loving the water is life.”
The end result is a brand that is indicative of an aspired coastal lifestyle, yet approachable, warm and inviting. You can almost feel the balmy breeze flowing from the page!
