What was the client’s objective ?

St James Plantation was our first client nearly two decades ago and we are proud to continue to work with them. They recently asked us to help them launch a new website and mobile experience that showcases the “timeless” nature of their real estate, property and amenities. At Maximum, it’s our business to take a place on a map and make it a place in someone’s heart…and we’ve done just that with the new St James website.

What we did:

St. James Plantation is the #1-selling community in the coastal Carolinas. We wanted to showcase everything that the current residents absolutely love about the property via the new website and mobile experiences. Large hero images that take up more real estate on the website and immediately immerse the user in the community’s landscape. We updated the real estate section to be more user-friendly, show off the homes in the best possible light and increase the likelihood of users sharing these homes online. And with over a third of their website traffic coming from mobile devices, we have optimized the experience for those viewing via their mobile devices. Additionally to get technical, we integrated a new blog, IDX Broker for the home finder, social login and live chat.
