After an internal review of the interview, questionnaire and submitted materials, we will work with you to schedule a one or two-day onsite visit.This visit is typically scheduled within 1-2 weeks of questionnaire completion.
During our onsite-visit our team will:

  • Interview sales and marketing team members
  • Lead budget discussion

A 3 to 4-week process of analysis, culminating with an in-person, agenda-driven reveal session. During this session, you will receive industry-leading advice in the format of concise observations, actionable recommendations and obtainable opportunities.
